Pub rules for the draw
- 1Fourteen named balls in a hat. Pull two at a time. That is a pair. Seven pairs.
- 2Both play their own ball. Add the two Stableford scores every hole. Nobody gets carried.
- 3Keep every man's individual points as well. That builds day 2.
- 4Then one ball from each pair goes back in the hat — seven balls.
- 1st ball out: that pair tees off first as the two-ball
- 2nd and 3rd balls: second tee, a fourball
- 4th and 5th balls: third tee, a fourball
- 6th and 7th balls: last tee, a fourball
The two-ball always goes first so they are not stuck behind a fourball.
